How do you showcase the importance of diversity and inclusion within an organization without using your typical stock photo of smiling people of every color? Lose the people completely! I created a diversity campaign for Target Corporate that broke through the clutter by use of powerful, engaging headlines and bold colors. In the end, the concept that was selected was the safe smiling stock photo — of course. But these posters were still proudly hung in cubicles by employees who chose to print them out themselves.
